Participation and Liability
Haunted History Hamburg offers guided walking tours in
public spaces. Participation involves ordinary risks
associated with walking outdoors, including uneven
surfaces, stairs, traffic, weather conditions, and
other pedestrians.
Participants are expected to exercise reasonable care,
wear suitable footwear, and follow reasonable safety
instructions provided by their guide.
Haunted History Hamburg remains liable without limitation
for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence,
and for injury to life, body, or health caused by
negligent breaches of duty.
For other damages caused by slight negligence, liability
is limited to foreseeable damages typical of the contract
where an essential contractual obligation has been
breached. All other liability for slight negligence is
excluded to the extent permitted by German law.
Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot
legally be excluded.
Participation of Minors
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible
adult. A parent or legal guardian must complete this form
and authorize participation before the tour.
A parent or legal guardian may designate another adult
to accompany and supervise the minors during the tour.
This designation must be recorded below.
Photography and Media Consent
Haunted History Hamburg occasionally takes photographs
and short videos during tours for promotional use on
our website and social media platforms, including
Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Identifiable images or recordings of adults will only
be published with their explicit consent.
We will not publish identifiable images of minors.
Media consent is entirely optional. Declining consent
will not affect participation in the tour.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing
hhtourssj@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect
processing already carried out lawfully before
withdrawal. We will stop future use and remove
content under our control where required, although
copies shared by third parties may remain accessible.
